Phil Dubois has served as President, CEO and a director of CityXpress since January 1999. With over 30 years' experience in the high technology industry, Phil has successfully guided a number of early stage companies to positions of market leadership. Phil is responsible for strategic planning and guiding the overall corporate development of the company. Phil is a director of the ALS Society of BC and a Fellow of the Academy for Chief Executives of Technology Companies (AceTech).
Ken Bradley, CMA, has served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of CityXpress since January 1999. A Certified Management Accountant, Ken has provided financial expertise to a number of rapidly growing technology companies over a 35-year career. As Chief Operating Officer, Ken is responsible for managing the company's auction operations division (sales, sales support, and client services), as well as its finance and administration department.
Vasile Orhei, Vice President Development, manages our software development and server administration team who are responsible for building and maintaining the Company's software products and infrastructure. These platforms have run over 1,000 newspaper auctions and processed revenue in excess of $300 million over the past five years. This robust and proven technology platform is now being deployed for SwarmJam. Vasile has been with the Company since 1999.
Roger Kong has served as Controller since 2000 and managed the development and growth of the Company's internal systems through its rapid growth phase from 2002 through 2008, a time when the Company was recognized as Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 in North America and Technology Fast 50 in Canada. His experience includes accounting and audit preparation for both private and public companies.
